Ingredients
- 500g Chuck steak
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 parsnips
- 2 potatoes
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 beef stock cubes
- ¼ cup sherry
- ¼ cup tomoto paste
- 2 tbs corn flour
- 2 tbs water
Instructions
- trim fat from meat and cut into 2cm cubes
- peel and chop onion
- dice carrots, parsnips and potatos add to crock pot with
- pepper, hot water and crumbled stock cube, sherry and tomoto paste
- combine and cook on low for 9 to 11 hours
- Mix corn flour and water pour into crockpot and turn to high for 10 minutes
