Ingredients
  • 500g Chuck steak
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 parsnips
  • 2 potatoes
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 beef stock cubes
  • ¼ cup sherry
  • ¼ cup tomoto paste
  • 2 tbs corn flour
  • 2 tbs water
Instructions
  1. trim fat from meat and cut into 2cm cubes
  2. peel and chop onion
  3. dice carrots, parsnips and potatos add to crock pot with
  4. pepper, hot water and crumbled stock cube, sherry and tomoto paste
  5. combine and cook on low for 9 to 11 hours
  6. Mix corn flour and water pour into crockpot and turn to high for 10 minutes
