Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • ¾ cup Fielders cornflour filled to 1 cup with plain flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
Instructions
  1. Separate eggs, beat whites until stiff. Add sugar and beat well. Add yolks, beat well. Total beating time is 15 to 20 minutes. Sift flour three times. Gently fold into egg mixture. Grease two 20 cm sponge tins. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes in a moderate oven.
