Ingredients
- 650 g beef mince
- ½ cup uncooked rice
- 1 onion, grated
- salt & pepper
- 420 g tin of condensed tomato soup
- ¾ cup water
Instructions
- Form small meatballs from the mince, rice, onion and salt & pepper. Drop the meatballs into the boiling tomato soup & water. Reduce to a simmer. Cook for 45 minutes in a saucepan with the lid on.
