Ingredients
  • 650 g beef mince
  • ½ cup uncooked rice
  • 1 onion, grated
  • salt & pepper
  • 420 g tin of condensed tomato soup
  • ¾ cup water
Instructions
  1. Form small meatballs from the mince, rice, onion and salt & pepper. Drop the meatballs into the boiling tomato soup & water. Reduce to a simmer. Cook for 45 minutes in a saucepan with the lid on.
