Gran's Chops Aloha

Ingredients
- 1 kg lamb chump chops
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green capsicum, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- 420 g can vegetable soup
- ¼ cup claret
- 1 cup pineapple pieces, well drained
Instructions
- Remove fat from chops and coat with flour. Combine onion, capsicum, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, dry mustard, soup, claret and pineapple pieces. Mix well.
- Place half the chops in the bottom of a casserole dish and pour over half the sauce. Repeat layers with the remaining chops then sauce. Cover and bake in a moderate oven (190oC) for 2 hours or until chops are tender.
- Serves 6.
