Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- 225 g butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 ½ cups peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 ¼ - 2 ½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 eggs (large)
Instructions
- Beat butter, peanut butter and vanilla. Add the sugars and mix together.
- Combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Add half of the flour mixture to the butter mixture and combine. Mix in the eggs and milk. Add the rest of the flour mixture and mix well.
- Roll into balls, press down and cross-hatch with a fork. (If the dough does not roll into nice balls, add more peanut butter). Dip the fork in sugar when cross-hatching.
- Cook for 11 to 13 minutes, at 180oC, on baking trays lined with baking paper.
