Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup cream
- 1 ½ cups plain flour
- ½ teaspoon bicarbonate soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- flavouring
- 1 level teaspoon salt
- ½ cup mixed fruit
Instructions
- Beat eggs, add sugar and beat well. Add cream and beat until thick. Add sifted dry ingredients. Bake 25 minutes in a moderate oven in a 28 x 18 cm lamington tin, or bake in patty tins for about 15 minutes.
