Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 ½ cups plain flour
  • ½ teaspoon bicarbonate soda
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • flavouring
  • 1 level teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup mixed fruit
Instructions
  1. Beat eggs, add sugar and beat well. Add cream and beat until thick. Add sifted dry ingredients. Bake 25 minutes in a moderate oven in a 28 x 18 cm lamington tin, or bake in patty tins for about 15 minutes.
