Instructions
- Put ½ cup castor sugar into basin. Break in 2 eggs. Mix sugar and eggs together. Leave stand about 15 minutes then beat at high speed for 10 minutes. Now split into a bowl ½ cup Fielders cornflour, 2 teaspoons plain flour and 1 ½ level teaspoons of baking powder. Fold into sugar and egg mixture with a knife. Grease sponge tin and dust lightly with sugar and cornflour. Add mixture to tin and cook at 200oC on second top shelf of oven for 20 minutes.
