Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 125 g sugar
- ½ cup self raising flour
- ¼ cup Fielders cornflour
- 2 tablespoons hot milk
- 1 teaspoon butter
Instructions
- Beat egg whites until firm. Gradually add sugar and beat until sugar is dissolved. Add yolks. Add dry ingredients sifted three times, milk and melted butter. Pour into greased and paper lined 30 x 20cm tin. Bake at 200oC for 10 to 12 minutes. Turn out onto sugared paper. Trim edges. Roll. Spread with jam when cool. Re-roll.
