Instructions
  1. Rub 60 g of margarine into 125 g of self raising flour, 60 g sugar, pinch of salt and vanilla. Make into a dough with 1 beaten egg. Take pieces the size of a marble and roll into balls with hands. Make a dent with a finger and fill with apricot jam. Bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes.
