Instructions
  1. Cream ⅓ cup margarine and ¼ cup castor sugar. Add 2 ripe bananas (mashed) and yolk of 1 egg. Add 2 cups flour and 1 tablespoon cornflour, making a stiff dough. Roll out lightly and cut into strips. Twist candywise and place on a greased tray. Egg white may be used to glaze strips, and sprinkle with sugar. Bake until lightly browned, about 15 minutes
