Ingredients
- 125 g short crust pastry
- 60 g sugar
- 60 g butter
- 1 egg
- 125 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 tablespoons milk
- jam
Instructions
- Roll pastry thinly and line patty tins. Put jam in each. Beat butter and sugar. Add beaten egg, then milk and sifted flour. Put a teaspoon of mixture on top of jam and then a thin strip of pastry on top. Bake in a hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
