Ingredients
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup chopped dates or mixed fruit
Instructions
  1. Beat butter and sugar. Add egg, sifted flour and dates. Take a teaspoon of mixture and roll in cornflakes. Bake in a moderate oven 200oC for 20 minutes.
