Cornflake Biscuits

Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup self raising flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup chopped dates or mixed fruit
Instructions
- Beat butter and sugar. Add egg, sifted flour and dates. Take a teaspoon of mixture and roll in cornflakes. Bake in a moderate oven 200oC for 20 minutes.
