Crisp Coconut Biscuits

Ingredients
- 125 g margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups self raising flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 egg
- extra sugar
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg, add sifted flour, then coconut. Roll into balls. Press flat between hands. Dip top side in sugar. Place on a greased tray - allow room for spreading. Bake in a moderate oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
