Instructions
  1. Sift 1 ¼ cups of self raising flour, pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of custard powder. Cream 125 g of butter or margarine and 2 tablespoons of icing sugar. Add flour mixture. Form into small balls and place onto a greased slide. Press with fork. Bake in a moderate oven.
Filling: Cream 1 dessertspoon of butter. Add 1 dessertspoon of condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of icing sugar and vanilla. Join biscuits together with filling.
