Ingredients
  • Sift
  • 3 cups self raising flour
  • 2 dessertspoons castor sugar
  • 2 dessertspoons Fielders cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Mix together
  • 1 cup cream
  • About 1 cup water
Instructions
  1. Makes 20 scones. Use a baby food tin for a cutter. Put on a hot tray. Bake around 260oC for 15 minutes.
