Ingredients
- Sift
- 3 cups self raising flour
- 2 dessertspoons castor sugar
- 2 dessertspoons Fielders cornflour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Mix together
- 1 cup cream
- About 1 cup water
Instructions
- Makes 20 scones. Use a baby food tin for a cutter. Put on a hot tray. Bake around 260oC for 15 minutes.
