Ingredients
  • ¾ tin condensed milk
  • 2 small cups coconut
  • 2 lemons
  • 125 g copha
  • morning coffee biscuits
Instructions
  1. Melt copha and add coconut and juice of the lemons. Stir the condensed milk. Line a tin with biscuits then add the filling and another row of biscuits. Ice with lemon icing and sprinkle with coconut.
