Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup plain flour
- ½ cup cornflour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and beat until very stiff. Add egg yolks, beat well. Sift dry ingredients twice, and fold in. Grease a large scone tray, sprinkle lightly with flour. Place teaspoonfuls onto the tray. Allow room for spreading. Bake in a hot oven (230oC) for about 4 minutes. When cold join pairs with mocked cream. Put in fridge for 3 hours. Dust with icing sugar.
