Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup plain flour
  • ½ cup cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
  1. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and beat until very stiff. Add egg yolks, beat well. Sift dry ingredients twice, and fold in. Grease a large scone tray, sprinkle lightly with flour. Place teaspoonfuls onto the tray. Allow room for spreading. Bake in a hot oven (230oC) for about 4 minutes. When cold join pairs with mocked cream. Put in fridge for 3 hours. Dust with icing sugar.
