Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup mashed pumpkin
Instructions
  1. Cream butter and sugar, add egg, mashed pumpkin, milk and sifted flour
  2. Do not roll, pat out lightly, cut and bake in a hot oven 15 - 20 minutes.
