Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup margarine
  • 1 ½ cups self raising flour
  • jam
Instructions
  1. Rub margarine through flour well. Put eggs and sugar in basin and stir well for 5 minutes. Mix into flour and use a little milk to mix into a fairly stiff dough (not all runny). Put a teaspoonful into greased patty tins, then 1 teaspoonful of jam and another teaspoon full of mixture. Bake for 20 minutes.
