Ingredients
  • Use batter as for Fruit Pie or cover with pastry.
  • 4 cups cooked gramma
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
  1. Cook gramma. Add sugar, syrup, spices and lemon juice to gramma. Simmer for ½ an hour. Put mixture into a pie dish and pour batter over top. Bake at 200oC until golden brown. Serve with cream.
