Caramel Gramma Pie

Ingredients
- Use batter as for Fruit Pie or cover with pastry.
- 4 cups cooked gramma
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Cook gramma. Add sugar, syrup, spices and lemon juice to gramma. Simmer for ½ an hour. Put mixture into a pie dish and pour batter over top. Bake at 200oC until golden brown. Serve with cream.
