Instructions
  1. Blend together 125 g cream cheese with one can condensed milk. Beat in gradually ⅓ to ½ cup lemon juice and ½ teaspoon vanilla until mixture thickens. Pour into a 20 cm Graham Cracker crust or short pastry. Refrigerate until set. Top with canned pie cherries or strawberries. 6-8 servings
