Instructions
  1. Cook in frypan in a little margarine, 1 chopped onion, 1chopped apple, and a few sultanas. Add a couple of cups of water and chopped meat, cover and simmer for awhile. Add some salt and pepper & might need some more water. Thicken with plain flour 1 tablespoon (approx) and about 1 teaspoon curry powder mixed with cold water. Cook a few minutes longer. Any sort of cold cooked leftover vegetables are alright mixed in.
