Veal or Beef Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 kg veal or beef, cut into 1 cm squares
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 stick celery, diced
- ½ sliced green pepper
- 1155 g pineapple pieces
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¾ cup tomato sauce
- 1 dessertspoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mixed mustard
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil. Thicken with 1 round tablespoon of cornflour. Turn into casserole dish. Cover. Bake 2 hours at 180oC.
