Ingredients
  • 1 kg veal or beef, cut into 1 cm squares
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 stick celery, diced
  • ½ sliced green pepper
  • 1155 g pineapple pieces
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ¾ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 dessertspoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mixed mustard
  • salt & pepper
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil. Thicken with 1 round tablespoon of cornflour. Turn into casserole dish. Cover. Bake 2 hours at 180oC.
