Ingredients
  • selection of any vegetables eg carrots, parsnips, peas, potatoes, cabbage, onions
  • 125 g mushrooms, washed
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 ½ cups vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
Instructions
  1. Partly cook vegetables. Chop up and place in layers in an oven dish. Sprinkle with herbs. Slice mushrooms and place on top. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour over stock. Bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes.
