Raspberry Rum Sauce

Ingredients
- 250 g thawed frozen raspberries, undrained
- 1 ¼ teaspoons cornflour
- ¼ cup white rum
- 2 ½ cups vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Mix raspberries with cornflour until smooth. Bring to boil in a saucepan stirring constantly. Reduce heat, simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Refrigerate 1 hour. Just before serving, stir rum into sauce. Serve over ice cream. Sauce is equally delicious served warm. Serves 2
