Ingredients
Pastry
  • 2 cups flour
  • 125g butter
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 egg yolk 2 tbs water - approx
Filling Liquid
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • salt, pepper
  • pinch nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Sift Dry ingredients into bowl, rub in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. add egg yolk and water, mix until a fim dough.
  2. turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly. roll out dough thinly
  3. cut into rounds press into pan
  4. Filling add grated cheese to the bottom
  5. add filling then pour over egg and milk mixture
