Christmas Rockyroad Christmas Tree
Ingredients
- 375g cooking chocolate
- 1 tbs butter
- 2 eggs
- 1¼ cups icing sugar
- 1½ tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup peanuts, pistacios, turkish delight or red licorice
- 1 cup coconut
- 3 marshmallows
- white chocolate
Instructions
- Cut 2 x 24cm squares from cardboard
- place 2 x 24cm squares of baking paper
- make 2 cylinders fasten with stapes and or sticky tape
- Beat eggs, Vanilla and sugar until sugar is disssolved
- blend in other dry ingredients
- mix in melted choc and butter
- fold in marshmallows
- place the mixture into the cones and let set
- once set drissle the top with white chocolate so it looks like snow and decorate with some sparkling cachous
