Goes with the Slow Cooked Greek Lamb
Ingredients
  • ½ cup mint leaves
  • 3 tbs castor sugar
  • ¾ malt vinegar
Instructions
  1. Sprinkle 1 tbs of sugar on board and leaves while chopping.
  2. Add mint and remaining sugar to a bowl add 3 tbs boiling water stir until sugar is dissolved
  3. stir in vinegar
