Goes with the Slow Cooked Greek Lamb
Ingredients
- ½ cup mint leaves
- 3 tbs castor sugar
- ¾ malt vinegar
Instructions
- Sprinkle 1 tbs of sugar on board and leaves while chopping.
- Add mint and remaining sugar to a bowl add 3 tbs boiling water stir until sugar is dissolved
- stir in vinegar
